The GYS Powerduction range of induction heaters is designed to provide fast, controlled heating for mechanical, maintenance and industrial applications. Using electromagnetic induction technology, these machines generate heat directly inside the metal, allowing components to expand quickly without heating surrounding parts.

Induction heating is widely used in automotive repair, agricultural engineering, heavy vehicle maintenance, fabrication and industrial servicing. Typical uses include loosening seized bolts and nuts, removing bearings and hubs, heating exhaust components, straightening bent metal parts, and preparing components for bending or shrink fitting.

Unlike traditional flame heating, induction heating produces localised heat without an open flame, reducing the risk of fire and preventing damage to nearby cables, seals, hoses or painted surfaces. This makes it particularly useful when working in confined areas or around heat-sensitive components.

The GYS Powerduction series includes compact portable units for workshop use as well as high-power industrial machines designed for heavy-duty maintenance and engineering environments. Many models feature liquid cooling systems for continuous operation, adjustable power settings, and a wide range of interchangeable inductors to suit different component sizes and shapes.

At Premier Welding, we supply a full range of GYS induction heating equipment suitable for automotive workshops, fabrication environments and industrial maintenance teams looking for a safe, efficient alternative to gas heating.
