We hope you are happy with your purchase, if however you need to return anything our policy lasts 30 Days from your purchase being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and received by us within 30 Days.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.

But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or delivery - whichever is later). 

After 30 days your machine will be covered under the warranty if faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or there has been an error on our part.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping or a recorded delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm. Your item will then go for inspection before your refund is authorised.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 5 working days.
