If you are in the UK you will pay VAT regardless of your status. If you are outside of the UK but in a European Union Country, you will pay VAT if you are a private individual or company without a registered VAT number. You will not pay import duty or VAT on your purchase when it arrives in your country. If you have a European Union Company VAT number, insert the number into the appropriate box during checkout and VAT will not be charged. If you are outside of the UK and European Union you will not pay VAT.

All UK orders placed before 3pm are shipped on a Next Day Delivery if in stock. All deliveries have a full tracking service.

Yes. We will provide you with a tracking number and link to track your parcel in an email once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse.

Yes, we fully insure each delivery.

We only sell equipment that will give reliable service. But in the rare circumstance that a product should fail within the warranty period, you should contact us in the first instance. With the Exception of Kemppi (which has a global warranty policy). Our Equipment is covered by a return to base warranty. Return to base means you ship the equipment back to us. We will repair or replace the equipment and return it to you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are not covered under warranty and therefor will be your responsibility.  You will be without the equipment whilst it is being repaired and unfortunately we cannot offer loan equipment.
