Whats changing and improving 2017
- 9 Jan 2017
2016 has been an exciting year for Premier Welding with the launch of our E commerce website and our re Brand. There has been a few learning curves to say the least!
Your feedback is extremely important to us and we will always welcome it so please don't hesitate to give us a shout if you think we can improve on anything, you can also review us on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pg/premierweldingltd/revi...
We are always working to improve our business and have made some changes for 2017 to ensure a better experience for all our customers new and existing.
Deliveries
As we mentioned before we have now changed our courier over to DPD, from our own personal experience we know DPD offer a far superior service compared to most other couriers and give the flexibility that we know our customers look for.
You can find more about this here https://www.premierwelding.com/blog/delivery-costs
For Glasgow and surrounding most of you know our driver John who will still as always be delivering to you.
Stock
For our ecommerce website we are always tracking our popular items and ensuring we have the stock if the item is in stock it will be with you the next day. We are adding more stock lines to meet the demand and hope to be able to guarantee next day delivery as standard with every order soon.
You will receive a dispatch email as soon as your item is about to go out for delivery this means your item will be delivered the next working day.
Products
We are adding new products every day. If you don't see an item you are looking for please contact us, it's more than likely we will have it or we can get it for you.
Price increase
Some of our products will unfortunately be increasing this year this is due to our manufacturers increasing their prices. We only ever pass on any increase to our customers that we have been given, we will never increase a product more than we have to and in some cases we try to absorb part of the increase ourselves.
Service Department
We have an excellent service department with Gid, Derek and Craig on hand to help with any technical questions, repair and service all of your machines.
We have managed to hold our hourly service rates for a number of years now and will continue to hold our rate of £30.00 per hour for all Torch repairs, however due to investment in ongoing service training, testing equipment and the level of experience our engineers now have to offer our hourly rate for machines will be increasing slightly to the following:
Machines £40 per hour
I hope you will agree that these prices are extremely competitive for an outstanding service.
As always we will keep you up to date with any changes,
Here's to a great 2017
Kind Regards
Alan
