Will I be charged VAT?

If you are in the UK, you will pay VAT regardless of your status. If you are outside the UK but in a European Union country, you will pay VAT if you are a private individual or company without a registered VAT number. If you have a European Union company VAT number, insert it during checkout, and VAT will not be charged. If you are outside the UK and European Union, you will not pay VAT.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Once your order is received, we will send an email confirmation. If your item is out of stock, we will notify you and adjust delivery times. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

How much is shipping?

Click and Collect: Free Standard (within 2 days, excluding Sundays) - £5.95-£8.95 per 30kg. Free Delivery Over £100*

How long does shipping take?

All UK orders placed before 3pm are shipped for next-day delivery (subject to stock availability). Full tracking is provided.

Yes, we provide a tracking number and link via email when your order is dispatched.

Is my order insured against damage or loss?

Yes, all deliveries are fully insured.

How does the warranty policy operate?

Our return-to-base warranty (excluding Kemppi) requires you to cover shipping for repairs or replacement. Equipment will be unavailable during this time.
