Defender Welding Screens WELDING CURTAIN WITH FRAME (DEFENDER 500 13.6FT X 6.3FT)

These welding curtains and frames are strong, professional, “top of the range” welding screens which offer you full flexibility due to the 2 x 1080mm pivoting arms, which are able to rotate through 180 degrees. Due to these pivoting arms many welding curtain shapes can be created. These welding screens are also large enough to create its own 3 sided welding bay. Multiple screens could also be placed together to make an excellent, temporary, yet very cost effective mobile welding area / screen. The welding frame comes complete with 4 castors, 2 of which are lockable.

The Defender 500 welding frames use the 470mm x 1600mm welding strips, these are attached to the welding frames' header rail using the metal curtain rings supplied. Each individual strip is fastened by plastic “click studs” to its neighbouring strip, therefore ensuring a perfect seal and maximising safety for all personnel. This screen is supplied in an easy to assemble kit form and contains 3 packs of “ready to hang” welding strips, full assembly instructions are also included.

Replacement / extra PVC strips are available and are suitable for attaching to the majority of welding frames.
