Description

The GYS TIG 220 AC/DC is a professional, single phase, 220 Amp AC/DC TIG welder suitable for welding most materials including steel, stainless, aluminium and copper.

This TIG Welder has a synergic programs stored in its welding memory allowing the uset to put in their optimal settings for the best weld.

It mixes DC and AC sequences whilst welding in order to increase travel speed on aluminium sheets.

PROFESSIONAL INTERFACE

5.7” TFT display screen offering large information readability : current, thickness, welding mode, etc.
2 control knobs to easily navigate through the different menus.

SYNERGIC MODE

Simplified mode which offers automatic configuration of welding parameters tailored to the users’ requirements.
Simply enter 4 settings: • metal • assembly type • electrode diameter • thickness of the metal to weld.

MANUAL MODE

Full control of all settings for experienced welders to tweak for different welding requirements.  A memory of parameters can be set for easy recall for repeat welding applications.

Flexible Voltage

Works on both 110/240V power supplies.

Power Factor Correction (PFC)

Enables trouble free use on long extension cables and is generator friendly.

Anti-dust corridor

Fan cooling system stops metallic dust from being blown onto electronic circuit boards protecting against premature board failure.

Pulse mode

 Adjustable pulse frequency, ideal for working on thin material by reducing heat distortion

Synergic mode

Time saving feature, just enter material type, thickness and electrodes size and the machine calculates ideal welding parameters.
