Gas Hoses convey oxygen, acetylene, propane and argon from regulators to torches under demanding workshop conditions. Our welding hose range uses synthetic EPDM rubber reinforced with high-tensile yarn, giving 2:1 minimum burst margin above rated working pressure. The flexible gas hose wall maintains suppleness at -20 °C and resists scorching up to 90 °C, making it suitable for pre-heat torch duties.
Twin-line versions bond blue oxygen and red fuel lines side-by-side, streamlining hose management and reducing trip hazards. Outer ribs raise the hose off abrasive floor surfaces, while UV-stabilised compounds delay cracking during outdoor storage. Each welding gas hose is factory-crimped with brass hose tails and nut assemblies, then helium-pressure-tested to guarantee leak-free service.
Bulk coils of gas hoses are available for site manifolds or custom length runs; simply cut to size and attach precision gas hose ends using worm-drive clips or swaged ferrules.
